Andrew J. Pearson

Andrew Pearson was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1989 and practiced as a corporate solicitor before focusing his practice exclusively on civil litigation. Mr. Pearson has experience in a broad variety of commercial litigation disputes, including corporate commercial, insurance, securities, construction and regulatory, as well as employment litigation and class action litigation. He has appeared at all levels of the Superior Courts of British Columbia, the Federal Court and at the Supreme Court of Canada.
